Manchester United have met the £62.5m conditions for the Matheus Cunha Manchester United transfer and are now given full permission to speak to the Brazilian on behalf of Wolves
This is the first time Wolves has refused to pay a 5-year fee from Manchester United.
United Wolves will have to pay the full 26-year fee in three installments over a period of 2 years.
Now they were allowed a specialist and a medical, but the movement was incomplete.
